Recurring Maintenance Plans
The best time to clean your windows is before you notice they are dirty.
Glass gets dirty gradually, which means you adapt to it. You stop registering the haze, and then one day the light hits at the wrong angle and the windows look terrible. Almost everybody cleans their windows later than they meant to, and the longer the gap, the harder each clean is.
A maintenance plan removes the decision. We agree on a frequency that fits your property, we put you on the route, and it happens. Regular visits are faster than rescue cleans, so a plan generally costs less per visit than calling us once a year in a panic, and it stops mineral spotting from getting a foothold on the glass.
Why a schedule beats calling when you notice
It stops etching before it starts
Mineral deposits are easy to remove in the first few months and permanent after a few years. Regular visits catch sprinkler spotting while it still washes off.
Maintenance cleans are faster
Glass that was clean twelve weeks ago takes a fraction of the work of glass that has not been touched in two years, which is why the per-visit price is lower.
You stop thinking about it
No annual debate about whether it is time yet. It shows up on the calendar, we show up, and the windows are simply always clean.
We catch other problems early
We are on your roofline and around your foundation several times a year. Sagging gutters, failed seals, and misaimed sprinklers get flagged long before they cost you money.
Step By Step
How It Works
- 01
Work out the right frequency
Exposure, landscaping, traffic, and how much glass you have all matter. A storefront on a busy road and a sheltered home need very different schedules.
- 02
Lock in a per-visit price
You know exactly what each visit costs before the first one happens. No surprise adjustments and no annual creep.
- 03
Get on the route
You get a consistent slot and a reminder before we come, so nobody at your home or business is caught off guard.
- 04
Adjust whenever you want
Change the frequency, pause for a season, or stop entirely. There is nothing to cancel because there was never a contract.

Straight Answers
Maintenance Plans Questions
How often should I schedule?
Commercial storefronts usually land on monthly. Most homes do well twice a year, once after spring pollen and once after wildfire season. Properties with sprinkler overspray on the glass benefit from quarterly. We will give you an honest recommendation rather than the most expensive one.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Change the frequency or stop any time by calling us.
Is it cheaper than calling each time?
Per visit, yes. Maintained glass is much quicker to clean than neglected glass, and we pass that on. It also prevents the expensive hard water restoration work that neglected windows eventually need.
Do I need to be there every visit?
For exterior-only plans, no, and that is how most recurring clients run it. We come, we clean, we go. Interior visits get scheduled around you.
Can I include gutters or pressure washing?
Yes. Plenty of clients run windows quarterly with gutters once a year in the fall. We build the schedule around what your property actually needs.
